Returns & Refunds policy

Eligibility for Return

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You received something different from what you ordered

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

• We do not accept returns for items damaged by misuse or improper handling.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

In case of a damaged or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer may need to pay the shipping charges.
